Project Description Students and faculty at the CRII are researching the field of tele-multimedial-tools for learning and cultural-scientific communication. Some of the advanced projects are pursuing systems for tele-teaching based on virtual reality and intelligent agents techniques. The goal is to realize a place where the student (or students) can interact with a virtual teacher. This teacher is to be an agent, able to give the student(s) a knowledge set in an adequate way. There will be a didactical unit, meaning a place where the bot (agent) shows the students images, texts and 3D objects as examples of the knowledge being taught. The learning process will happen both through interaction with these objects and with the teacher. Near to the learning area there will be a control area, where students can interact with an examination bot to determine their level in the learning process. | ||
