Project Description Edutopia will be a world where learners meet, share their interests and skills, research, build together and, finally, design and implement educational activities addressed to primary and secondary learners. Open to any constructive new idea from the virtual community, Edutopia will have as a major theme the research and representation of items from biology, geometry and history. Roberto Cuccu has attended postgraduate online courses on e-learning and on online educational games. With his students he has designed and implemented an educational project in the Active Worlds entertainment universe. The Site's major interest consists of a labyrinth made of a number of rooms, each of which hosting pictures from a particular movie. Students meet at fixed times inside the labyrinth and the creator of each room plays the role of a mysterious character from the movie production. Visitors/players ask questions of the character trying to guess his or her name. | ||
