Project Description We would like to create a world where pupils, teachers,co-operators, guests, and parents can enter to gather information, to see their children's projects; and where teachers and students can upload content for courses, etc. in the context of distance-learning. In this way parents, teachers, and students can easily access the school from anywhere. We would like to use the platform to integrate ICT in all subjects of the curriculum to stimulate teachers and students to exchanged and add content. As part of the curriculum, students will learn how to access, operate, and build a 3D environment. Some of our students have already developed advanced skills due to their participation in the Euroland project. We will encourage the students to create places where they can present their lifestyle, culture and to show it to other students and teachers in the world , as we live in a multi-cultural environment of Amsterdam. Together with the University of Amsterdam and Nijmegen we will participate the KUNUVA-world and CYBERART where students from the Haags Montessori Lyceum and the Open Schoolgemeenschap Bijlmer will co-operate. Furthermore the OSB-world will be used for themes of the European School Project (ESP), where we already have launched E-mail projects with Italy and Lithuania an Bosnia. | ||
